The UP TGT selection process will be based on two rounds:

Stage 1: Written Test

The written exam is the primary and most important stage of UP TGT 2025 recruitment. Candidates are expected to appear for a written test to be judged on their knowledge and understanding related to the subject for one is applying, along with general aptitude. There are MCQs that cover the syllabus of a respective subject, besides some sections like General Knowledge, General English, and Teaching Aptitude. Stage 2: Document Verification
