application or website who have purchased any paid course ( any course or
online/ offline material or any education or learning material- now onwards
referred to as "course") can use the course as per terms of the
license purchased or authorized use only. The user cannot share or resale the
course by him/ her to any other person.
(b) The user/ purchaser of the said paid course of Let’s
learn with Ajay Sir, cannot use in any case the course or any part or material
of the course for commercial purposes or reproduction for commercial purposes
or free sharing with other users. The user or purchaser of the course and/or
the unauthorized user(s) shall be legally liable to pay for the damages /
losses and criminal prosecution for any such unauthorized use of the said paid
course including resale, reproduction for commercial purposes, sharing with
other users for free etc.
(c) As a responsible company Let’s learn with Ajay Sir will intentionally not use the personal information of it's website or application users for illegal purposes.
INFORMATION SECURITY
We take appropriate security measures to protect against
unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of

processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption

Legal jurisdiction
All legal disputes are subject to legal jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur only. Any legal dispute filed outside jurisdiction of Courts located in Jaipur shall be void ab initio as per this agreement.

Redressal Mechanism: Any complaints, abuse or concerns with
regards to content and or comment or breach of these terms shall be immediately
informed to the designated Grievance Officer as mentioned below via in writing
