6.1 - MP TET Previous Year Papers

MP TET previous year papers are extremely helpful tools for anyone preparing for the Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test. These papers give a clear idea of the exam pattern, types of questions asked, and the overall difficulty level.

Practising with past papers allows candidates to become familiar with the structure of the test, focus on important topics, and improve their time management. It also helps in building smart strategies for answering questions effectively.

Reviewing previous years' papers is a great way to check your current level of preparation, identify weak areas, and work on improving them. This not only sharpens your skills but also boosts your confidence for the MP TET 2025 exam.

6.2 - MP TET Preparation Tips

Preparing for the MP TET (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) requires smart planning and a focused approach. Begin by understanding the syllabus and exam pattern thoroughly. Key subjects like Child Development, Pedagogy, and Environmental Studies should be your starting points.

Create a realistic study schedule that gives extra time to the topics you find most difficult. Use reliable study materials and make it a habit to solve previous year question papers to get a feel of the actual exam.

Give special attention to Pedagogy, as it's a major part of the exam. Taking mock tests regularly will help you check your progress and improve your speed and accuracy.

Also, make sure to set aside time for revision and stay updated with any new exam notifications or changes announced by the authorities.

7- MP TET Cut-Off Marks

The MP TET (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) cut-off marks are the minimum scores a candidate needs to qualify for the exam.

For general category (unreserved) candidates, the cut-off is 60%, which means they must score at least 90 out of 150 marks.

For candidates belonging to reserved categories—such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and Divyangjan (PwD)—the cut-off is slightly relaxed at 50%, which equals 75 out of 150 marks.

These cut-off scores are set to make sure that only candidates who meet the required standards are considered eligible for teaching jobs in government schools across Madhya Pradesh.

8 - MP TET Validity

The MP TET (Madhya Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test) for Primary Teachers comes with lifetime validity. This means once you pass the exam, you don’t have to take it again—your eligibility remains valid forever, no matter when you qualified.

For example, candidates who cleared the exam back in 2020 are still eligible to apply for primary teaching jobs and do not need to retake the test.

This lifetime validity makes it easier for qualified candidates to apply for teaching positions without worrying about renewing their certification.

9 - MP TET 2025 Selection Process

The selection process for MP TET 2025 includes a few important steps. To begin with, candidates must clear the MP TET eligibility exam. Once they qualify, they become eligible to participate in the recruitment process for available teaching positions.

The Madhya Pradesh Education Department will issue an official notification with details about vacant posts and the selection procedure. All guidelines and appointment steps will be clearly laid out, following the rules and directions set by the state government.

This ensures a fair, transparent, and well-organised process for selecting teachers across Madhya Pradesh.

10 - Conclusion

The MP TET Varg 3 Exam 2025 is a great chance for those who want to become teachers in Madhya Pradesh. If you want to teach in primary or middle schools, this exam is the first step you need to take.

The official notice for primary teachers will come out on 24th February 2025, and the exam will be held in April 2025. It will be an online test, and once you pass it, your certificate will be valid for life, so you don’t have to take the test again.

The exam will test your knowledge of teaching, child development, and school subjects. You need to score at least 60% (90 marks) if you're in the general category and 50% (75 marks) if you're from a reserved category.
